Matthew B. Hutchinson

Matt — a Massachusetts native and 10-year Park City resident — recently merged his busy solo practice with Dart, Adamson & Donovan. He brings a broad range of experience and expertise in civil litigation and business transactions.  Matt represents lending institutions, title insurers, real estate developers, builders, homeowners’ associations and a wide array of business clients. Before becoming a lawyer and moving to Utah, Matt worked in semiconductor sales in Silicon Valley and in business development for a dot-com startup in San Francisco for several years.  Matt’s clients have found that his business background allows him to quickly evaluate and advise them on their legal issues with an eye toward their bottom line.  Matt currently serves as the President of the Board of Trustees for Mountain Town Music and is a co-founder and board member of the Chier Foundation, a scholarship fund for the Sudanese “Lost Boys” of Utah.
